Escape into the world of your imagination with INtuItive heART! This creative practice is an incredibly spiritual experience that can help bring clarity to your mind and peace to your soul. By embracing this practice, you’ll discover an endless world of possibilities, using colors, textures, layers, and symbols to tell your story of personal growth, empowerment, and healing. The intuitive process allows you to tap into your own unique light and spirit and to share it with the world around you. You possess an amazing gift – your own inner self – and through your art, you give yourself permission to connect with and explore it. As you release and forgive, new seeds are planted, and your creations become a beautiful reflection of who you are. Let your light shine through INtuItive heART!
Let’s do a simple exercise.
Intention: Reconnect with the inner artist by drawing a portrait of yourself.
Materials: a pad of paper, pencil or pen and colors.
SIT in a comfortable and quiet place, CLOSE your eyes, BREATHE deeply several times, FEEL how your body relaxes and continue FOCUSING on your breathing for a few minutes, BECOME A WITNESS of this moment.
When you are ready, open your eyes and begin your connection with the materials you have chosen and with yourself.
Take all the time you need; your inner wisdom will guide your way.
As you spend time on your self-portrait, connect deeply with it, and as you do so, ask yourself:
- What is my soul trying to tell me?
- What do I need to heal?
- What do I need to let go?
- What do I need to prosper?
- What is my story?

My journey with The Intuitive Arts
In my first experience, I learnt Intuitive Art is a soulful journey. It is the pure connection to the Divine.
My body, my mind, my heart, my soul, and my spirit became one.
I began to listen to my inner wisdom, to my intuitive guidance.
I welcomed self-love, self-acceptance, and self-care after I had a long talk with my inner critic.
I sparked my soul and manifested my wings through my creative energy trusting the process, letting go of judgement and perfection.
It was my own transformation through fearlessness.
This is where my love for the Intuitive Arts was born. I had awoken my Artist’s soul. I was home.
A few years have passed by since my first experience, and as I continue to practice regularly, that specific painting has grown and evolved just like I have too, and that’s the beauty of the intuitive process and the beauty of life.
I’ll never forget that first brush stroke.
I strongly believe intuitive art is a creative practice and a spiritual experience that can help free the mind and heal the soul. It’s a wonderful way to play and to dive into infinite possibilities exploring colors, textures, layers, symbols, while writing our own stories of personal growth, empowerment, and healing.
